Raphael Zuber (1973) studied architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) and soon afterwards opened his own studio, realising the school and kindergarten building in Grono and, in 2016, the apartment building in Domat/Ems. Among his most important projects are the Ethnographic Museum in Neuchâtel, the SUPSI university campus in Mendrisio and the Steinhausen Funeral Chapel. He is currently working on the public indoor swimming pool in Gossau (CH), to be completed in 2025, and the Black Sea House. Raphael Zuber has taught at various schools of architecture, including the USI-Academy of Architecture Mendrisio, the School of Architecture and Design in Oslo, the Swiss Federal Institutes in Lausanne (EPFL) and Zurich (ETHZ).
