Eighth Edition 2021-2022
Ivo Mendes Barão Teixeira (1986), born in the extreme south of Portugal, studied architecture at the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto and at the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture-USI.
Peter Hutter (1984) grew up in north-eastern Switzerland and graduated from ETH Zurich. He worked in Peter Zumthor’s office and founded his own studio together with Ivo Barão in 2010.
In 2015, they were Ivo Barão and Peter Hutter were admitted to the Bund Schweizer Architekten BSA. From 2022, they are guest lecturers at the Technical University of Munich.
