SIAA_, based in São Paulo, was founded by Cesar Shundi Iwamizu (1976). Architect and urban planner, in 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the University of São Paulo (FAUUSP), where he obtained a second level master’s degree in 2008 and in 2015 a PhD with the thesis Eduardo de Almeida, reflections on design and teaching strategies. Between 2000 and 2007 he was a founding member of Estúdio 6. He worked in the offices of Marcos Acayaba, Eduardo Argenton Colonelli, Una arquitectos, André Vainer and Guilherme Paoliello, Eduardo de Almeida and Helena Ayoub Silva. He was Professor of Design at AEAUSP – Escola da Cidade (2005-2014), FAUUSP (2016-2017), SENAC (2015-2018) and FAU Mackenzie (since 2018). He is currently coordinator of the Vertical Studio at AEAUSP – Escola da Cidade.
