Fourth Edition 2013-2014
Established in 2005, sP+a (Sameep Padora & Associates) is an architecture studio based in Mumbai, India. Led by its founder, Sameep Padora (1974), the studio comprises twenty persons among which four associates and a group of young architects and designers.
The studio is located in an East Indian urban village in Mumbai and is currently working on projects ranging from community based developments like the Shiv Temple in rural India or boutique hospitality projects in the city of Mumbai. The only criteria for project selection are its potential to engage in a critical dialogue with the notion of urbanization in the country at large.
