Ecosistema urbano is an innovative firm focused on the understanding of the city as a complex phenomenon, from the common point of view between urbanism, architecture, engineering and sociology. Ecosistema urbano has received numerous prizes, among which the Architectural Association and the Environments, Ecology and Sustainability Research Cluster (2006), the AR Award for Emerging Architecture (2007) and the Silver Holcim Award Europe (2009).
