NOMOS is a dual-headed architecture studio led by Katrien Vertenten (1978) and Lucas Camponovo (1975) in Geneva, Switzerland, and by Ophélie Herranz (1981) and Paul Galindo (1980) in Madrid, Spain. Together, they work on projects of all scales. Using drawing to shape ideas, and combining practice, research, and teaching, NOMOS explores new ways to create communities through buildings and spaces that seek opportunities within constraints, approaching each project with enthusiasm, care, and curiosity, and always striving for sustainable beauty.

Katrien and Lucas co-founded NOMOS in 2009, with Ophélie and Paul joining as partners in 2019. All four have extensive experience in international studios and serve as visiting professors and guest critics at various institutions, including HEIA-Haute école d’ingénierie et d’architecture in Fribourg, Switzerland.
