Christian Scheidegger (1977) studied architecture at the ETH Zurich (1998-2004). He received the Steel Construction Prize for a semester project in 2002 and the ETH Medal for his diploma thesis in 2004; both works were completed under the supervision of Professor Christian Kerez. At Kerez’s office, he managed the Leutschenbach School Building project (2004-2009) before founding his own practice in Zurich-Wipkingen.

Jürg Keller (1976) studied architecture at ETH Zurich (1997-2004). He managed the House with One Wall project at Kerez’s office (2004-2006) and the Ringling residential development at Schneider Studer Primas (2006-2009) before establishing his own office in 2010.

Both have taught at several architecture schools, including the ETH Zurich, the Porto Academy, and the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at the Cooper Union.

Atelier Scheidegger Keller was founded in 2012 and has since won several awards, including the Bauweltpreis 2015, Beton 17, Design Vanguard 2021, Auszeichnung für gute Bauten der Stadt Zürich 2016-2020, and Atuprix 2021.
The volume Atelier Scheidegger Keller – Workbook was published by Quart Verlag in 2023.
