The office was founded in 1999 in Muralto (Canton of Ticino) by Nicola Baserga and Christian Mozzetti.

Nicola Baserga (1970) after graduating from the Scuola Tecnica Superiore in Lugano, winning both the Maraini and the Schindler prizes, graduated in 1997 from ETH Zürich. From 2011 to 2014 he taught at the Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana and from 2014 he has been teaching at the Academy of Architecture – Università della Svizzera italiana. He is a member of FAS, Swiss Architects Federation.

Christian Mozzetti (1970) graduated in 1991 from the Scuola Tecnica Superiore and worked in Zürich from 1992 to 1998. He is also a member of FAS, Swiss Architects Federation.
