Fifth Edition 2015-2016
HARQUITECTES is an architecture studio established in 2000 and based in Sabadell, Barcelona.
Founded by David Lorente Ibáñez (1972), Josep Ricart Ulldemolins (1973), Xavier Ros Majó (1972) and Roger Tudó Galí (1973). All of them graduated between 1998 and 2000 from the ETSA Vallès, where Josep Ricart and Roger Tudó teach Projects and Construction. Xavier also teaches Projects at the ETSA Barcelona. They have been invited as visiting professors at various universities in Spain and abroad. Their work has received widespread recognition and it has been published in the national and international media, being selected for several exhibitions and the partners being invited as lecturers in Europe and America. Among their awards there are the Fritz Höger Preis (2014), the Ugo Rivolta European Prize (2015) and the Premio Bienal Iberoamericana XIII (2016).
