Born in Milan in 1964, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano in 1989. He trained in the studio of Alvaro Siza in Porto and of Umberto Riva in Milan. He has held seminars, courses and conferences in Italian and foreign universities, including the Academy of Architecture of the Università della Svizzera italiana, where he currently teaches. He has collaborated with various magazines, newspapers and radio stations, and has written and edited a few books.
